Nesthing is developing a managed implementation approach for legal teams evaluating AI-assisted workflows. Team credentials, delivery responsibilities, and service boundaries are provided during commercial review.
The approach begins with the firm's actual workflow, decision rights, professional duties, and data-handling requirements. Technical controls can support those requirements but do not replace legal or professional review.
Proposed workflows separate model capability from governance: permissions, evidence rules, approval gates, exception handling, and traceability are defined before a controlled deployment proceeds.
